Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping options calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all domestic retail orders over $75.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that certain temperature-sensitive items in our Grocery & Pantry section or specialized hobby items may have restricted shipping windows to ensure quality delivery. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
